Reality is like a movie with INFINITE versions already filmed. Our inner energetic states and desires determine which of these movies we will "experience".
Life is like a water park. When you are "here for the ride" you can enjoy the thrills and spills in safety. When you expend effort to try to "swim up the water slide" you struggle, run into other obstacles and overall just don't enjoy the experience.
Your inner state (your thoughts, your emotions, your energy) determines which "movie" you will "experience" from that moment forward. You are constantly tuning in to different "possible realities" to experience. The problems occur when you assign "importance" to a "desire." When you assign high importance to something you create energetic turbulence that actually pushes you away from what you want.
When you are about to go down a "scary water slide" for the first time, the more you fret about it the less likely you are to join the ride. When you accept the safety of the ride and observe the outcome of others and determine it's just "no big deal" it is somewhat easier to "make the slide". Your choice to make is to take the "safe slide down the easier path" or the actually more difficult path to "walk all the way down the stairs past all of the people climbing up."
In this simple example since infinite versions of reality have "already been filmed" your energetic state determines which movie you will experience. Treat the waterslide as "no big deal" and it becomes easier to attain. Treat the waterslide as "too tall, too big, too fast, too scary" and it becomes easier to choose the harder path of climbing back down the stairs. Treating desired goals like "no big deal" makes them arrive faster than struggling with fear ever could.
Perhaps a good illustration of this is you worked up the nerve to slide down the waterslide and you land at the bottom in a pool that is only 3 feet deep. But in your fear to "get off the slide in a hurry" you thrash about in the water. Instead of floating, or just standing up, you are so busy thrashing about you begin to drown...the very thing you fear. If you were, instead, to just standing up, or just float, your fear would have been no where near reaching you. This indicates that the solution to achieving your desires and avoiding your fears is to lower their importance. You will then get to experience the "movie" where such desires already exist.
Treating desires as life-or-death creates what quantum physicists call "excess potential", an energetic resistance to your current reality. In our drowning analogy the more life-or-death it becomes to "get out of the pool" the more you thrash about and the less productive results you achieve. This expenditure of "excess potential energy" is lowering the "excess potential" energy that your life-or-death-level desire created. Think of it this way. Your strong life-or-death-level desire creates more potential energy than is necessary to achieve your desire, so ways to "burn off that energy" are created to being energy levels into balance. Resistance and obstacles that you may use to "burn off that energy" arise.
But lowering you life-or-death level desire to a "no big deal" level removes the excess potential energy and allows the energy of the universe to flow you into a "movie" where your "no big deal" level desires exist naturally. No force is required.
Or think of it this way, when "problems" come swinging into your life like an evil villain swinging in on a rope the more energy you expend trying to catch the blow, or to push the blow away the more energy that you are putting into the pendulum that is the villain on a rope. The energy that you use will just come back to you when the pendulum swings back.
Instead of expending energy to directly effect the problem pendulum use your energy to sidestep the pendulum. A pendulum that has no energy input into it will slow and eventually stop. If you remove any excess potential energy that you might input into it, you rob the problem pendulum of energy and it eventually subsides, allowing you to enjoy the reality where the pendulum problem is of little or no effect.
When you are desperate and attached to an outcome the excess potential energy creates resistance causing you to expend that energy, like trying to swim upstream. But when you treat an objective as "no big deal" then you don't have excess energy to burn off and resistance is lowered. Your energy becomes more neutral and flowing like water following its natural path downhill. The neutral state allows you to slide into the experience of the "movie" where you experience reality where your desired outcome already exists. No struggle required.
Here are three easy steps to pursue: 1) Lower the importance of the objective. Release the pressure by treating your desired objective as "nice to have" rather than as "must have." 2) Act as if it is already arranged. More than acting, KNOW that the physics of the Universe is already moving you towards the accomplishment of your objective. Move through your day knowing that the Universe is already "moving the game pieces" to alllow your outcome objective. 3) "Keep hands and feet inside the ride at all times." Don't struggle, when obstacles appear, mentally sidestep them to allow them to expend their energy elsewhere. These three things result in attractive forces rather than excess potential forces.
Your internal emotional and energetic states "send out" a frequency that attracts energy states that are like it. Desperation attracts more obstacles to cause the desperation that you are signaling. Think of it this way: the old adage is birds of a feather flock together. The universe is bringing to you more of your flock with which to associate.
Calm confidence attracts opportunities and synchronicities. When you are confident that the Universe will provide for your needs, then the faster you needs arrive. The no-big-deal state is the highest frequency for the manifestation of needs-meeting because it carries zero resistance. Synchronicity will increase, doors open more easily, helpful people appear and obstacles dissolve naturally. These are signs that you are flowing into calmer less "action-adventure movie" timelines.
What you chase runs away. What you allow to approach in its own time will, eventually come closer. Treat your desires as no-big-deal and in time watch them approach closer in your life. But chase after your desires and they will lead you on a merry chase through life causing you to expend your excess potential energy. The moral is "don't try too hard!" This generates the very resistance that blocks you from attracting your objective. The harder you try, the harder you work. The more easily you evade problems the less energy you expend. The no-big-deal approach dissolves resistance and allows your desires to manifest more readily through the path of least resistance.
Don't pretend that you don't care all the while secretly being inwardly attached to desperation. This no-big-deal approach is not merely a technique to force results. Genuinely be at peace and actually let go of your desperate desire and instead move though life with a "it would be nice to have" attitude.
Neither should you adopt a "give up" attitude by taking no action at all. Expending no energy on your "nice to have" objectives guarantees little or no action is taken. Instead, take inspired action out of relaxation rather than forced action out of desperation.
You are not creating new realities as much as you are "sliding" into already existing realities in which you may experience your life. Your inner energetic state determines which "movie" you watch next. Attract better feature-films into your life by spending less energy seeking desperate outcomes and more energy moving through life with an "it would be nice to have" attitude. Relax and let the attracted energies approach you rather than you chasing after them. After all, flowing is easier than swimming upstream.
