Relax.... take three deep breaths and repeat the following invocation
“I now invoke the Mahatma energy to flow through my body and my aura and into the earth, reminding me to use my life in service to the Divine.”
Sense or imagine a Golden-White ray of energy coming through and around you.
Imagine this energy coming down from the Cosmos into your crown chakra.... ask it to relax.... balance.... energize.... and heal .... your pineal gland.
You may visualize your pineal gland as a small ball.... or in any way you prefer. Sense it being held and soothed.... in this golden white ray of energy....
Move down to your third eye.... and flood your pituitary gland with the Mahatma energy. Tell your pituitary gland to send out only rejuvenating hormones.... which keep you young.... supple.... open minded.... healthy.... and vital.
Move further down to your throat center.... and sense your thyroid gland being soothed.... and healed by the Mathatma energy.
Now move to your heart center and the thymus gland.... sense it being soothed and healed.
Move further to your solar plexus center and the pancreas.... sense it being soothed and healed.
It is time to move to your sacral center and your reproductive glands .... sense them soothed and healed.
Now move to your root center.... encompassing your adrenal glands.... sense them soothed and healed.
Let the Golden White Mathatma Energy flow down your legs.... deep into the earth.... filling the earth with spiritual energy.
